Joan Walsh Anglund

This morning I was cleaning my daughter's room & noticed a sweet plate by Joan Walsh Anglund on her dresser. A gift from her nana for her first day of school. I used to try to draw these little characters for hours when I was her age. I can't believe that I didn't put this together until now, but I look at my dolls & see her influence in them. Do you think so too?

Of course this has me looking on eBay at her dolls & considering buying one...

  3. I always wondered why they had no mouths? But my girls have no noses & there is no real reason...
